Four simple steps before your plan management service can begin.
Understand how plan management works
Before registering, you should understand how plan management with The Good Plan Manager works, including the services provided, available choices, what to expect, and how supports will be delivered.

Check you have everything ready
Take a look at the list below to make sure you have the information needed to complete your registration.

Complete and submit your Plan Management registration online by clicking the Apply Now button below.
We will be in touch
Once your registration has been submitted, The Good Plan Manager will let you know when your registration is complete and whether any further information is needed.
What to have ready
To register for NDIS Plan Management with The Good Plan Manager, you will need these details nearby to make it easier.
Your NDIS number.
Have a copy of your current NDIS plan available so you can find the details needed for sign-up.
Check that Plan Management is included in your NDIS plan under Capacity Building Supports – Choice and Control, also known as Improved Life Choices.
Endorse The Good Plan Manager as your Plan Manager with the NDIA or your NDIS contact. (This applies to new plans starting from 30 October 2023.)

Plan management not included?
You can request it through your Local Area Coordinator, NDIA representative or relevant NDIS contact before registering.

Important Information for Participants on PACE
If your NDIS plan is on the new PACE system, after completing your application, you will need to endorse The Good Plan Manager as your Plan Manager before services can begin.
Contact the NDIA, your Local Area Coordinator (LAC) or early childhood partner, and ask them to endorse The Good Plan Manager as your Plan Manager using the registered NDIS provider number.
